Artists who are “Imagining UNC’s Future with Art” continue to create their varied projects. While we work on ways to exhibit those exhibits virtually during Covid-19 social distancing, we hope you enjoy learning more about the artists and hearing their larger ideas about community, artistry and purpose. Last month we featured the artists of Floraffiti. This month, meet Yet & Still with sculptor De’Ivyion Drew and #BlackOutLoudUNC documentary artists Jerry J. Wilson and Cortland Gilliam. They describe the influence of art on activism and activism on their art. We’ll keep you posted on showcasing their work.
