Workshop for Imagining UNC’s Future with Art

January 23 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

We are currently soliciting proposals for public art installations (including, but not limited to murals, sculptures, installations, and performances) that envision the future of UNC and reflect the shared values of our community. Grants are available for selected applicant individuals and teams for project implementation over one year (March 2019-March 2020). Eligibility is limited to alumni, students, faculty or staff of UNC-Chapel Hill. Applications are due by February 8, 2019. More information about this call for proposals and the application can be found here.

We will host a workshop on January 23 from 12:00-1:30 pm, at the Love House and Hutchins Forum, to provide feedback and critique rough drafts of proposals. If you plan on attending, please bring a rough draft of your proposal, as well as any questions that you may have, and please RSVP as we will be providing lunch.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about this project or the workshop, feel free to contact us at
