The Southern Oral History Program at the Center for the Study of the American South invites you to a Celebration of the Story of Us Premiere for Arts Everywhere Day 2023

What: “Please join us on the porch of the Love House for snacks and refreshments as we invite the narrators, interviewers, and performers of The Story of Us to mix, mingle, and learn from one another about their different experiences participating in this incredible project about the history of LGBTQ+ life at Carolina. We are celebrating the premiere of the performance of The Story of Us — a ground-breaking collaboration between the Southern Oral History Program, Carolina Pride Alumni Network, Wilson Library, and the Process Series. Southern Oral History Program field scholars and undergraduate interns made more than 40 oral histories with LGBTQ+ UNC alumni over three years as key partners in this extraordinary project!”

Where: The Center for the Study of the American South at The Love House, 410 E Franklin St., Chapel Hill.
