Frank Stasio retired from WUNC Radio and his popular “The State of Things” program on November 25. Before leaving WUNC’s signature program, Stasio put together a list of his fondest shows, and one of them is with Center for the Study of the American South Director and UNC historian Dr. Malinda Maynor Lowery. In the 2016 interview Lowery explores “What Makes a ‘Real Indian'”. The programs re-airs Dec. 15 at noon and 8 p.m. on WUNC Radio.
